You make something with your hands — guided\, at your own pace\, with no pressure. Each session is two hours of being fully in one moment\, one theme\, one quiet creative experience. \nI will guide you through. I will hold space for you. There’s no wrong way to do this\, no finished product you’re working toward\, and no experience required. Just you\, the materials\, and that moment. \nCuriosity\, not expectation. That’s the only thing to bring. \nThis is for you if: \n\nYou’re carrying something and could use a few hours of quiet\, guided creative time\nYou’ve never made art before and you’re curious what that’s even like\nYou want to be around people without having to perform being okay\nYou’re navigating a transition and want a steady\, low-pressure place to reflect\n\nThe sessions \nEach session stands completely on its own. Come to one\, come to a few\, or follow the full arc — all five together form a journey from the ground up. \nJune 23 – Rooted \nGrounding\, stability\, and a sense of landing in the present moment \nJune 30 – Flow \nMovement\, ease\, and allowing things to shift without force \nJuly 7 – Holding \nCare\, containment\, and noticing what supports us \nJuly 14 – Strength \nSteadiness\, structure\, and inner support \nJuly 21 – Growth \nPatience\, tending\, and noticing what is beginning. \nEach session is $35. Complete the journey — $150 for all five. Each session stands alone\, but together they form an arc: from the ground up\, from stillness to movement\, from carrying to growing.
