DESCRIPTION:We are excited and happy to continue our Summer Yoga in June at Seven Stones.\n \nPlease\, note\, that this class will be held by Barbara Meadows. \nKristin’s moderate-level hatha yoga class is mindfully paced\, with introspection and an an exploration of the subtle (energetic) body.\nWe are asking that you RSVP for each class you plan to attend (see information below) due to the popularity of these sessions. \nIn addition to your yoga mat\, we recommend a towel\, water\, sunblock\, and layers as needed.
