DESCRIPTION:Kristin’s moderate-level hatha yoga class is mindfully paced\, with introspection and an exploration of the subtle (energetic) body.\n \nWe are asking that you RSVP for each class you plan to attend (see information below) due to the popularity of these sessions.In addition to your yoga mat\, we recommend a towel\, water\, sunblock\, and layers as needed. Props\, such as a yoga block (or a book 2 inches thick)\, and/or a yoga strap (or a man’s tie) are encouraged.\n \nKristin’s class themes will be based on exploring our chakras (energy centers) from the ground up.\n \n$10/class – payable by Venmo\, cash or check\n \nWednesdays 6 pm-7 pm with Kristin Scott\nRSVP to Kristin kristinyogaclass@gmail.com\n \nIf we have a WEATHER CANCELLATION\, it will be communicated to those who have RSVPd.\nWe are very much looking forward to a wonderful Summer season in the gardens.\n \n
