We are excited and happy to continue our Summer Yoga in August at Seven Stones.
Kristin’s moderate-level hatha yoga class is mindfully paced, with introspection and an an exploration of the subtle (energetic) body. Her classes are Wednesdays at 6 pm.
Barbara will be offering a gentle yoga class with focus on opening your hips and heart. You will feel relaxed and refreshed.
We are asking that you RSVP for each class you plan to attend (see information below) due to the popularity of these sessions. For class schedule and details, check our Events page.
If we have a WEATHER CANCELLATION, it will be communicated to those who have RSVPd.
