Our summer yoga classes continued in July, offering opportunities to our participants to closely connect with nature.
In August, we hosted the Rox & Stones Art Festival, bringing together a lively blend of mini appetizers, live music, and local artists and their art. Guests enjoyed herb pairings and created appetizers with fresh ingredients from our gardens while live music filled the air. It was a weekend of flavor, art, and joy—one that we loved sharing with so many of you.
We were amazed at how well-attended our Annual Lavender Harvest turned out this year. We enjoyed lavender crafts, tasty lavender lemonade, and gathering with our neighbors, friends, and family.
We also welcomed a stunning new art piece, Whirling Dervish – Transcendence at the Gardens by Annette Coleman, which now graces the Oak Grove. We invite you to stop by and experience it on your next walk through the gardens.
September brought a heartfelt gathering as we hosted our annual Pet Memorial Event, a time to remember our beloved animal companions. In partnership with Caring Pathways and the Human-Animal Trust, we shared stories, created commemorative crafts, and found comfort in the memories of our cherished pets.
Thank you to each person who joined us at these summer events.

As the leaves turned and the air grew crisp, we welcomed Fall with events that brought our community together in meaningful ways at Seven Stones. In September, we had the pleasure of co-hosting the Annual High Line Canal History Walk & Talk, a wonderful opportunity to explore the history and wildlife of our surroundings. Partnering with Denver Audubon, High Line Canal Conservancy, and Roxborough Area Historical Society, we enjoyed an insightful presentation and a bird walk along the trail.
Our Fall yoga classes continued with Barbara and Kristin, who led our community through gentle and moderate yoga sessions all the way through October as the weather cooperated amazingly this year.
In October, we were honored to be the presenting sponsor of the 7th Annual Women Who Soar event, celebrating three exceptional women—Kara Baker, Donna Miller, and Karen Leigh—whose inspiring contributions have touched our community. These remarkable women each bring strength, dedication, and compassion, and we were proud to support an event that uplifts those who make a difference.
As November began, we found ourselves clearing the grounds after the season’s first major snowstorm. We are always so grateful for nature’s moisture.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us. Your presence, in person and in spirit, enriches our community in ways words can’t fully express. Here’s to another year of growth, remembrance, and connection. With gratitude,
The Seven Stones Team
