Let’s enjoy the mild October weather this season and join Barbara’s Yoga In The Garden class Monday afternoons.
Barbara will be offering a gentle yoga class with focus on opening your hips and heart. You will feel relaxed and refreshed.
We are asking that you RSVP for each class you plan to attend (see information below). We anticipate there will be waiting lists due to the popularity of these sessions. So, if you are unable to attend and have already RSVPd…please let Barbara know as soon as possible or at least 24 hours prior to the class, so she can let the next person on the wait list know they may attend.
Please bring a towel, water, yoga mat, yoga block (or a book 2 inches thick), a yoga strap (or a man’s tie).
